Here is what I will do when I speak or train for you:

  • During the preparation phase, I will:
  • Discuss your needs and establish goals for customizing my program.
  • Learn as much as I can about your organization.
  • Be open to your comments, concerns and questions.  My entire focus will be on making sure that I accomplish your goals for my presentation.
  • When delivering a keynote speech, I will know the theme of your meeting and relate my presentation to it.
  • When traveling, I will notify you in advance of my travel itinerary.

During my presentation, I will:

  • Be cheerful and open my presentation with energy and purpose.
  • Never use off-color language or material.
  • Interact freely with the audience and involve them through questions, a show of hands, eye contact and exercises as appropriate.
  • Present well-researched, profound information.
  • Use stories and humor liberally.
  • Never be rude to an audience member.
  • Allow for questions and comments from the audience.
  • Relate my points to your organization in a way they will remember.
  • Stick to my time frame and adjust if needed.

After my presentation, I will:

  • Stay around after my presentation to answer questions.
  • Discuss with you strategies to continue the impact of my message.
  • Never disclose any sensitive information about your organization.
  • Offer on-going support to insure your ability to achieve the highest degree of success.

      In short – I will deliver an exceptionally good program, in a      highly professional manner. My ultimate desire is to exceed your expectations.
